Richard Hanania:
Texas suing to be able to access the medical records of women suspected of having out of state abortions.

It becomes clearer all the time that you can’t ban abortion without a surveillance state that reduces women to second class citizen status.

@Bix Next step: To be on the safe side, men should also be included in this because they might organize abortions for women—only low-T men, of course. This will not end well.

@Bix I want to know how they became women-haters. Are they born to hate or is it learned? Psychiatrists need to take a deep dive into their psyches to find out where their 'mommy' issues started.

@Bix
They want the records “for law enforcement purposes”? Texas law enforcement has no jurisdiction in any other state. Hopefully this ridiculous suit gets tossed immediately.
