This was the neofeudalists’ genius move — using Trump to co-opt and dupe the deplorables, to bring the (predominantly) white trash who lap up phantasmagoric garbage like WWE/MMA (with the adjoining “men’s rights” misogyny) and “The Apprentice” into the GOP fold.
Getting poor and blue-collar, credulous, uneducated whites to vote against programs that help them by promoting a 6x bankrupt fake? 😱🙄🤷🏻♂️

@Bix My husband once said that Bush’s only redeeming feature was his laziness, because stupid and lazy was OK, but stupid and energetic could do real damage. Then we got to see Trump in action and, boy, was my husband right.
