@Bix That is EXTRAORDINARILY BRUTAL wording in a judicial opinion! In a world where words are measured carefully and used sparingly, without pomposity or fanfare, Justice Sotomayor is effectively SCREAMING from the rooftops. Perhaps we should listen.
