In the past, I have worked and testified for law enforcement.
We have ways to control prisoners in court (for one, Taser makes a shock belt). It is NUTS to think that we would have to go to these lengths for an ex-POTUS.

One thing I do like about Merchan and Chutkan they refer to him as Defendant/ Mr Trump even though his lawyers keep up the president crap.
