@Bix I lived in MN for about 65 years and voted in every election since 1972. They have the most open election rules that i am aware of and do what they can to live up to the ideal of making it as easy as possible for the most eligible voters as possible to cast their votes. Early access, same day registration, absentee ballots, etc. They implemented ranked voting for state offices. And regularly list at the top of voter turnouts...
