yes!
when i saw my first one, they were a lifelist bird here, pretty rare to see.

now they have resurged and a pair nests just down the street from my house in the adjacent marsh, and i get to see them fly over with silvery fish almost daily.
i love them SO much.

sometimes the pair hovers overhead and chats with eachother and it is just so wholesome.😍

@chromogirl That's wonderful you get to see them where you live. I used to see them occasionally when I lived on the east coast, but unfortunately not where I live now.

I watch them on an Audubon web cam located in Maine now. Been following 2 nests for several years. Just fascinating to watch them interact and raise their chicks 😊
