#Politics The first #Trump witness, Robert Costello, has been verbally abusive to the judge and to the prosecution. Judge Merchan ordered the courtroom cleared and apparently chewed out Costello. The trial has resumed, but Costello is still mouthing off to the prosecution.

That means the Trump defense team called only two witnesses -- one was a legal aide in Blanche's office, the other was Costello who was hostile to everyone and got admonished by the judge. Trump will be lucky if he doesn't get the death sentence.

I’d like to think a jury fulfilling its job would easily find him guilty, but given the current state of politics I’m pretty sure there are sleeper jurors and it’ll end up a hung jury
@Beerdini I was living in SoCal in 1992 when the jury acquitted the four officers who beat Rodney King. Anything is possible.
