Trying to rehab my crazy-old-and-slow-running dell desktop for recycling. Attempt at upgrading from windows 8.1 (with media center!) to win 10 failed for unspecified reasons.

I could probably create one from my working PC, but then I'd have to crawl around & unplug the monitor/keyboard/mouse. It's a whole thing. ;-)
