@Saorsa Check mark comes with Pro membership. Currently, you cant sign up for that but its being worked on. Its not a biggie and will be solved soon.

I also found it interesting enough to delay running errands to hear the end at home.

@mojoman04 Me too but as I said, they have given me reason to be frustrated about this for decades. I think that is one of the reasons “It’s the economy stupid” resonated so much. I wonder though if, unweeded out, the current group of R notables who always seem to be trying for headlines will stick to a disciplined statement if it doesn’t please their crowds. Mostly I think whoever wins the war between old and new Rs, they will screw down their message discipline for the Nov elections.

@mojoman04 IMO, they aren’t falling apart. Time after time, the GOP has shown that once they get past the primaries, they are in lockstep behind their candidate. Their message discipline is strong. The Dems can’t agree on messaging and appear fragmented in contrast. But I have been screaming about the Dem inferior messaging w/what I think are superior ideas, for decades.

@fs I hope you feel better. We had 80° a few days ago, now its gray and 40°. My friends in more temperate climes don’t understand why I am still here. Sometimes I don’t either.

@Starfinder Dark ages? You mean my youth. 😉 I used to tell my students that dinosaurs still walked the earth or the crust hadn’t cooled.I grew up with the best music..First concert Rolling Stones (B Jones still in band), Homecoming band, The Temptations, Sr Prom saw the Doors.

@Novels56 In many ways, just like the other place. Post about interests, comment about interests. That will attract people to follow and who follow you. Plus, I have lurked on and off in both places for a while, that’s not bad either. Just be you.

@1_SteelMagnolia We have an election coming up, at some point, engaging may be necessary to nothing wrong with respite either.

@Katydiddance I got mine last week. Arm hurt, got a headache that night but nothing else. I followed that over-hydrating advise though. Hope you bounce back soon.

@fs we got another snow possibility forecast this week, I can’t deal with winter and spring at the same time. Although 2 yrs of masking up has seen me cold and flu free.
