So, am I getting this right? I have to pay the HOA so they can send me threatening emails talking about 'hearings' and 'fines' and 'formal notice' regarding a fucking shrub that died in the recent heat?
And I have to pay them for this privilege? I'm not sure they know who they're dealing with here. 😡

@th3j35t3r watch Jon Oliver, he did a segment on HOAs. Frightening what they can kegally do including acquiring the rights to your property and evicting you. I never doubt your skill but this is an area to be educated in first. GL
