My dad took me to the empty school parking lot, daytime and nighttime where I could spin the tires, do donuts, learn to control slides while braking, etc. It was very cool and helpful!

@CherNohio Front wheel drive really made that less fun but I always enjoyed doing wheelies in an empty parking lot on fresh snow.
