@ChrisAgne My old roommate used to take ambien. The one thing I would say is once you take it make sure there's no one to wake you up after you sleep. His girlfriend would wake him up for some dumb reason or another(seemed to me like it was on purpose) and he would still be asleep, yet awake, sleep walking. Sometimes it was pretty scary. He once went out in the snow of Brooklyn in his boxers and was walking down the street in the middle of the night and we had to coerce him to come back inside
