@nonayadambidnes @AskNick Trump has a habit of saying that he doesn't know people, when they become inconvenient for him, even if it's preposterous, and they've been seen hanging out together and doing business together.
He sometimes act like "knowing" someone or choosing to suddenly "un-know" them is a boon he can bequeath and withdraw, like the aristocrats of old.
There seems to be a correlation between this syndrome and gold toilets.
