just watching some of the balance beam women’s gymnastics on the Olympics, my sister competed for a very long time and when she would do the balance beam, my mom would have to leave the arena because she was tense, and would gasp sometimes and it would be distracting for my sister 😂

I need advice please? Can anybody share from their experience, if their power went out for 27 hours what they needed to throw away in the refrigerator because it went bad?
