The fake meat crumbles I had in my tacos expired in July, but the package was unopened. no air exposure
it didn’t smell funny and I tested with one taco and I didn’t die after 10 minutes.
We will see how this goes

I tried my luck with chicken salad I forgot in a bag that sat room temp for 24 hrs & I didn't die.
