Arrived a bit early for my dentist appointment and noticed a guy sleeping in a chair just down from the door, so I went to McDonald's and got a breakfast and coffee. When I got back to the dentist office he had started walking away with his shopping cart. I caught up to him and asked if he'd like breakfast. Gave him that stuff and the change from the $20 to help him get some lunch.
