lately I’ve been aware of my own very depressed emotions happening to coincide with identical ones that some of my best friends are feeling.
It made me wonder if it’s even then coming from me or am I just receiving their emotions and my brain is making sense of it by dredging up things in my life that make it make sense, which the brain does because it likes to make sense of things.
