darlings ….

if you’re so inclined, many here would be grateful for those who tag their political posts accordingly so that they hit other’s filters

A TL full of political bs is a depressing one indeed so thank you in advance for helping us benefit from the filter tools we have here!

♥️

@Armchaircouch I'm not against doing that, but my understanding is that as long as you use commonly filtered words, it doesn't matter if you 'tag' it. The bigger problem is images, which folks post without an indication of what they are. If that isn't true, please let me know so I'll try harder to hashtag things.

And folks should indicate what all images and links are for just in general.

Yes! :) very true if you’re already using the words, that is the same effect.

If one is not though, it’s nice to add a filter tag

it would be nice if more people filter tagged there images, nobody really does that! @TrueBloodNet

@Armchaircouch I know. I have arachnophobia and we're approaching the worst season for me.. So I totally grok your request for filters AND share the desire to image/link warnings.

@Armchaircouch ^^^ 👍🏼

It doesn't even need to be a # folks. A simple keyword will do.
What becomes very tricky is when folk post a picture with no context. Those posts are pretty much unfilterable and leaves people with little choice but to mute or block the whole account.

Yes! @TrueBloodNet pointed out these same things! @stueytheround
I really wish people would use filter words or # for filters when they screenshot from Twitter and post it here. Like we really don’t need that shit here you know? I understand that we like to vent and talk to each other about stuff - ok - but it sure would be nice to be able to completely filter that crap out. lol
