Ok so, TERMINATOR 2. wtf

so, in the time continuum, this war happens between the machines and people, and the machine send one back in time to kill Sarah Connor, who doesnโ€™t die but T1 dies and pieces of the original Terminator stay behind - they fall into the hands of a tech company, cyberโ€ฆ Tech? Cyber whatever.

So BASED ON THE PARTS LEFT OVER BY THE TERMINATOR - that company develops a computer processing chip that later gets put into the machines that then revolt against the people.

SO IF THE TERMINATOR NEVER WENT BACK IN TIME TO KILL SARAH

THEIR PARTS NEVER WOULDโ€™VE BEEN LEFT BEHIND AND their creation would never happen.

So if the Terminator 2 that adult John Connors sent back in time, to save his younger self, instead, sent it back to the terminator 1 1980โ€™s timeframe to just kill the first Terminator, and then take all of its parts and melt it ALL DOWN - that wouldโ€™ve been a much more efficient way to stop the war.

Futur John Connor doesn't know about the parts left behind after they destroy the 1st Terminator. Cyberdyne executives kept this secret iirc

also, when they ''learn'' about them in the past , they destroy the parts and the whole lab , but skynet still exists in the future.

But, I think future Jon does know because he existed of his past, and in the past, he knew, @BLuOXide
