Do you leave a yelp reviews only when something is bad or do you leave them also when things are great.
@Armchaircouch I prefer to leave good reviews, and only to leave bad ones if I think I really need to warn people against a bad experience.
But I don't use Yelp, because Yelp isn't there to help you rate businesses, it exists to draw traffic and extract money. It's easily gamed, the company itself allows you to pay to get more traffic, and it tends to show fast food and garbage as being liked more than good food. Even if their voting were clean, people's taste in junk food doesn't help me.
! except i do use yelp although totally agree on its massive downside. I like to leave biznesses good reviews on occasion. @AskTheDevil
