I am so blessed. Nr. mechanic did not charge me for my battery yesterday. His parts guy just gave him the new one at no charge.
we both knew it was likely my fault, they also fixed a bad part in my door frame (button that opens the trunk) that got wet when my coffee spilled and was draining voltage (it was also the alarm that kept going off).
When I picked up the car I drop them off some Starbucks hot coffees and a bunch of breakfast burritos and sandwiches. The mechanics were very happy.

and I paid off the balance this morning, which means I can finally sell it, and it is officially the end of an Era
An error of strife and difficulty and pain, OVER!!
