My therapist asked me and before I could say make other people feel good, she told me I had to pick something for my self. Not that I don't find joy making others feel good and smile, but I know what she means.
I'm still struggling with this. I have lost myself over the years and am on a healing journey.
I was curious about the discovery of others.
♥️ good for you, and you know what they might have been a bit off, because I find joy when I help, for instance, the food packing crew for the food donation boxes, sometimes being part of those kind of things that does make other people happy is also fulfilling to our soul. many hands make light work, and volunteers are like gold.
I think your heart will know the answer. You just have to continue to let it speak :) ♥️♥️👏 @ChippySuave
or in other words, if there’s something that’s constantly nagging at you in your mind, you might ignore it shut it down tell it you’re too busy… That’s the thing. Breathe life into that thing whichever nags away at you.
