I thought it didn’t survive, I thought I over watered but kept it, just to be sure. Wasn’t ready to throw in the towel yet!
And then, when it’s neighbor started to grow, I realized the flower comes off of the other side, so I turned it around and oh my goodness!

@Armchaircouch , don't blink. She's off and runnin' now. 🥰🌺 My general rule of thumb is if an amaryllis bulb is firm, She's all right, just waiting.
I left mine outside too long last fall and they went squishy. ☹️
