I just realized something. If TFG just got convicted for real estate fraud, wouldn't any lien holder want to immediately call the loan (if they can)? Because it sounds like he's never going to be able to pay it back.

And for any loan company that doesn't consider it, maybe THEY should be investigated too.

Dear weather people. Why do we continue to use "the American model" for predicting when almost every time I hear it used, the presenter say "but I seriously doubt it's going to be anything like this". And no, I mean almost every time.

If this model is notoriously inaccurate, why is it even part of the forecast?

My deepest condolences to the family of all those MAGAts whose heads exploded now that the Taylor Swift CIA Re-Elect Joe Biden Mission was a huge success.

Maryland Voters:

Remember that under Governor Larry Hogan, a number of laws passed protecting Women's and LGBTQIA+ rights. They did NOT pass because he signed them into law. They passed because by NOT signing the VETO, they were passed into law anyway. Maryland does that. He HAS to VETO it.

These laws did not pass under Hogan, the passed IN SPITE OF him. Do NOT consider him viable for a Senate seat.
