Doctors carry malpractice insurance.

So do many other professionals.

How about we make Law Enforcement carry liability insurance. And let the insurance companies decide if they're willing to accept the risk.

From now on, unless the police have video evidence of a violation, absolutely ZERO traffic stops can be considered legitimate. Dash cam from the car, body cam from the cop, the whole thing documented. We cannot allow ANY officer to be held to just their word as evidence.
