Tacos! This time it was chicken birria. I use Sam the Cooking Guy's recipe and it's really good for both beef & chicken. It's all about the chiles! Poke around on the site, he has both slow cooker and instapot variations and some other cool stuff. His YT channel is a usually pretty entertaining to watch, too.🐓 🌮 🌮 🌮
