In this the year of our Dark Lord Revan 2024, there is ZERO excuse for a full-screen game to be locked to a monitor. If I can move a window, I should be able to then full-screen view it ON THAT MONITOR. Games much older will even let me select the monitor to run on (thank you, FFXIV). So please do not tell me that's not a viable feature. Multiple monitors exist, allow for it.
