So my company is asking me to cash out about 3 weeks worth of excess accrued leave. What should I spend it on?
Trick question, that money was just recently spent on home a home remodeling project. Not that I didn't have the money to do that already, just means I'm not touching my regular liquid cash surplus for it.
And I will still have 3 weeks of accrued leave for some vacations this year while still accruing more at my regular rate. I'm going to take actual leave next year? Heck yeah.
