I did not use the word "perjury". I said it was fraudulent to claim being President when he currently is not.
Okay, no one's going to be charging him with fraud, and no one's going to make him enter his plea again.

Because the only part that's really pertinent is the guilty or not guilty part.
Like I said, he's not under oath in a plea statement, it's just "I did" or "I didn't".
It ends when a jury returns a verdict.
When does the justice system force him to comply with WHAT? Not upsetting you? Never.

That's not really how things work. You can't commit perjury in a plea statement, it's not made under oath.
