I see West Virginia is trying to get credit card companies to remove any tracking data from gun an ammo purchases because it ... *checks notes* ... violates the 2nd Amendment.
I want to see credit card companies cancel all business with gun and ammo sellers.
@Horrrflmlvr
I think the legal argument is that "transaction IDs", which CC companies use for every single purchase, are being used to make a database of gun and ammo purchases. Somehow that is considered a 2A violation? IANAL, so I don't get it.
But if a basic function of credit card purchases is prohibited for certain kinds of transactions, maybe they just stop allowing CC use for it.
@ArcturusSaDiablo I dont get either and im living in wv
