and stay fit so I won't have to go to the doctor.
I had a personal trainer turned family when this happened. I think I was getting in fairly good shape. I knew something was wrong. I mean a few days into taking them I was dizzy and unstable after doing my torture drills assigned by @AntonioBruno.
I told my doctor 1 week into taking the pills and had an appointment at the 1 month point. He said, “… it could take up to a year for your body to adapt.” That is recorded in a telehealth appt. 😉
