Hey gang, my day has been spent mostly shuffling documents around and reminding my design team to ensure they link their documents properly and in the right place. Providing overwatch on a team of game designers is like herding cats through a field of catnip xD #gamedev

Looking over my weekly work schedule and essentially Tuesdays and Thursdays are simply not days I can stream. I may start a Monday/Wednesday/Friday habit of evening streams and then weekend shenanigans on top of that now that I've adjusted to my new work reality xD

Lots of folks are content as they are in life. For me tho, anything I can read, watch, or listen to that help me be better at my job is a good thing. I am always looking to further my education and skills.

Month in at the new gig, 2 months of probation to go, the Imposter Syndrome is strong, but the motivation is real. I need to bulk up on books to refresh myself on production practices current in games and game design.

I really need to figure out a plan for streaming around work. Work has been challenging and fulfilling, but I miss ya'll lol. I may have to look at the 9pm EST time slot for a couple hours of stream a few nights a week and then long Saturday/Sunday options. Got games to cover!
