Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Missouri, is urging every cabinet secretary to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Biden from office. In letters to all 15 cabinet secretaries and Harris, Schmitt argued that Biden is not capable of fulfilling his duties as president since he's no longer seeking re-election.
