Because I don't live where the eclipse would be visible I haven't been paying too much attention to it.
But now, we have Governor Sanders of Arkansas declaring a State of Emergency over it.
Either she's impossibly stupid, or the release of restrictions that comes with a State of Emergency is for something else and this is cover.
