Did anyone else notice Trump's tappy tapping on the railing while he was leaving Walter Reed? 
@J_TAPES He has a wild arm. It jumps up on it's own sometimes. He has to keep it under control.
@Anemone thought it might be OCD or a tremor. I usually don't like to make wild guesses about a person's health, but he is not technically a person.
