One of the fun things about living in Scandinavia is accepting that what is very close to the same language will sound quite different, and none of them are easy to learn to pronounce.

Norwegian has the most rational phonetics to my ear, but it's still tricky and I'm in Denmark so it's not really that useful.

I have managed to sound like an idiot in three languages at the same time.
