This was at TSU San Marcos a couple days ago. Not sure if these putzes were students or just random assholes who decided to show up on campus and piss everyone off. This reminds me of those racist texts other college students have been getting over the past few days - different method here, but exact same sentiment: "My group is superior to you and yours, so we should rule over you."

They have to be from very insular religious community, like Westboro Baptist Church. Photos like that would make them unemployable, as no business would risk losing that much of their customer base.
