Walmart is offering a tiny home on wheels for about $22,000 - no permit needed, they say. It comes with a living room, full kitchen and bathroom. How tiny is it? It's 8×10×9 feet (2.5×3.3×2.9 meters), about the size of a standard American prison cell.
What do you think? Could you live in a home that small? For comparison, the tent I live in is 12×20×7'4" and can comfortably hold 8-10 people.
I wouldn't want it long term, but sell your house at the peak of a housing bubble, put your shit in storage, tour the US and Canada in the tiny house staying in national parks and walmart parking lots, and buy another house when the market crashes.
