@AskTheDevil @AlphaCentauri a lot of the issue now is that these people were vaccinated, most of them had parents who were vaccinated. unless you are over 65 years old, you'd have no memory of what it was like before vaccinations were available. your friends didn't die, or go blind or deaf or become sterile or end up in a wheelchair or iron lung.
