It occurred to me that we're very lucky #Trump is so narcissistic that he hasn't used Melania or Ivanka as the main face of his administration instead of himself, à la Juan and Eva Perón.
There's the added factor that Eva was widely loved by the Argentinians whereas Melania is just a common whore with a superior attitude.

Eva was loved because she played the part. Whether there was any truth in it at all is debatable, but for sure a political wife has to be doing it for her husband's career to act beloved 24/7.
Melania could have "Been Best," it they had chosen to do so. But then she would have eclipsed Trump, and he would have had to fire her. She supported her husband's career by telling his enemies to fuck off with that jacket.
