On the plus side, I can finally log into my original Twitter account without giving my cell phone number. Maybe they can't message phones anymore, either?

Well, I got past it for now
I made a satirical post about antivaxxers and the site thought I was serious and shut down my account a couple years ago. I'd been using a different one.
@AlphaCentauri In my early days on there I used to get time-outs & I guess it was my language (cursing). I just stopped doing that & it seemed to stop being a problem.
That & a lot of blocking people helped
@AlphaCentauri I used Google Voice for a 'cell number' for the Birb App (am still on a landline at home here in rural VA)
