Vitaly Valerievich Aroshinov [Cargo ID #333] was identified in a video showing him torturing a captured Ukrainian soldier. Vitaly was shown using a box cutter to castrate the soldier. It is very likely the soldier was executed sometime thereafter.
Fuck this guy in particular.
@jgold The second half of the video is circulating now. He was killed and further mutilated.
I hope they find him, capture him, and then tell no one.
