Don't worry, no one counts followers here. Everyone's posts are equally visible in the community firehose. There's no algorithm determining whose posts get seen and whose are howling into the void.

You really don't want 5,000 mutual follow backs. The only purpose of following people is to have the posts on the my friends column be slower moving than the firehose.
