Okay, anyone know what's happening here:
My bank(USAA) account wont work with anything over a couple hundred dollars. I've tried wire transfers, secure online payment, banks, ATMs, tested apple pay, physical card swipe, chip insert, manual entry of numbers. And I have the funds. I've been on the phone multiple times with USAA, they've tried maxing my daily withdrawal limit, verified I have the funds, I verified all the past charges and they have no clue :( girls tryna pay rent. Any ideas?
@luxsit is it possibly frozen due to some suspicious activity from an outside source.

Yeah, if there is big time fraud afoot, they may not tip their hand. Your account may match some pattern that cyberthieves have been targeting.
