I'd love to read the actual statute. A lot of these sites are just passing on information posted on other sites, without checking themselves. The actual law could be less specific --- something like you can't keep imported animals in confinement without a permit, or something. And yeah, it does prohibit tying up your giraffe on a public street in Atlanta, but it's not a clickbaity.
