How crazy are the cops in your area? Would they respond to a call about hearing a gunshot by shooting wildly?

The police chief in a nearby town came out in favor of #BlackLivesMatter. He posted a very beautiful statement on the department’s FB page. Then the officers peacefully joined in on the #BLM march. And, they don’t tend to shoot people. They take “serve and protect” pretty seriously.

Then maybe a call, "I heard a gun shot behind my house. It may be kids doing target practice, but I've never seen any back there."

Yeah, simply alerting them to the issue with that sort of caveat is the smart way to do it. They will hopefully come to investigate. @Qbae
