My latest medal has arrived. This is the first of 4 Christmas themed 5km runs I have planned in December.

There will also be a matching 10km medal that will slot to the left of this one once I have it.

The 2nd 5km is scheduled for Friday, and the 10km is on Sunday.

Back from holiday and ready to start a new challenge.

My wife and I have just started a new Conqueror Challenge in the Game of Thrones series. We're heading Beyond the Wall.

I completed my first 10km virtual race last Saturday, and my medal arrived today.

This was the final step of a 14 week 10km training routine I was working on via Garmin Connect.

I completed the distance in 1 hour 14 minutes. There's no way I would have been able to do this 12 months ago.

Feeling very proud of myself!
