After a bit of a bout with depression, I think I'm starting to do better, #CoSo. Cut back/out on social media and the endless doomscrolling of mass media outlets. Trying to get my 8 (or 7ish) hours of sleep. No drinking during the week. Making lunches and dinners at home. Working out (nearly) every day. 🤗

I feel pretty good.
