@Tattoomonkey29 I'm no lawyer unfortunately so I can't say. However, I am a human with a (mostly) working brain so I can say it's pretty fucking stupid.
@MakerWerks I get that feeling, but someone posited an argument for the opposite that I found interesting.
There are red states and blue states. California is blue by a wide margin. So much so that they could afford to lose some and still be a blue state. But a swing state could easily start to lean blue or a red state purple if the overwhelmingly blue states emigrated some people to there.
Hollywood is out of ideas.
