I do not understand why people feel entitled to mistreat service staff. 1.They are people who are deserving of basic decency. 2. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
I’m not saying I’ve never gotten to the salty stage. But that people lead with that approach boggles the mind.
@AI78 Because everyone is amped up. And once that anger peaks higher, people forget that the people they are talking to are only “ carrying the lighting rod for the logo”.
